Laguna Glagah (Glagah Lagoon) is one of the attractions of Glagah Beach, a black sand beach in Kulon Progo Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta.
This lagoon is a salt water lake formed from tidal sea water and rain water. This lagoon is separated from the sea by hundreds of tetrapods which function as wave breakers (Pemecah Ombak Pantai Glagah). At Glagah Lagoon, visitors can enjoy various activities such as cycling, riding a duck boat, canoe or dinghy, fishing, or just relaxing and enjoying the view.
Glagah Lagoon is also an ideal place to watch the beautiful sunset in the afternoon.
