Goa Jepang No. 3 sits 59 meters northwest of Bunker 2 and just 6 meters west of the main path, partially buried into the hillside.
At the entryway, you can spot rectangular indents where a 1.7-meter wooden door frame was once fitted. The construction showcases wartime engineering, featuring coral limestone side walls bound by mortar and a heavy, reinforced cast concrete ceiling.
Inside, you can still see two old ventilation shafts stretching to the surface alongside the original imprint marks left behind by the structural wooden support beams.
