Jembatan Gantung Kali Boyong

Jembatan Gantung Kali Boyong, also known as the Perak Bridge, is a scenic suspension bridge tucked away in Pakem, Sleman Regency.

Stretching 100 meters across the Boyong River, this narrow steel bridge is reserved for pedestrians, bikes, and motorcycles. It was built after the 2010 Mount Merapi eruption to reconnect local villages, but today, it has also become a favorite pitstop for travelers. The bridge sits right on the southern slopes of the volcano, offering an incredible, unobstructed view of Mount Merapi framed by lush greenery.

It is a fantastic spot for a morning ride, fresh mountain air, and a couple of epic photos before you explore the rest of the beautiful Kaliurang area.
