Stasiun Rewulu is located in Argomulyo village, Bantul Regency.
The train station does not serve regular train passengers, it is only used as a freight train station. Rewulu serves as a marshalling yard for the nearby fuel depot of PT Pertamina, the Indonesian state oil and gas company. The shunting tracks run over the level crossing and may result in the intersection being closed for some time during shunting.
In the afternoon this is a favorite place for families to relax. Rewulu station is a famous place for train enthusiasts.
