Proyek Sumber Air PAM Kartamantul is a massive concrete protective wall, at the opposite of SPAB Kebon Agung at the Progo River.
It’s actually a vital piece of engineering, located on the Magelang side of the Progo River. This structure is officially a riverbank reinforcement system. This wall stops the riverbank from eroding and stabilizes the water flow.
Together with Kebon Agung, it forms the heart of the regional clean water grid, securing a safe, steady water supply for thousands of households across Yogyakarta, Sleman, and Bantul!
