Embung Bembem is a small reservoir located in Kunung Village, Gunung Kidul Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta. This reservoir was built in 2015 as an effort to overcome the drought that often hits the area. This reservoir has an area of around 2 hectares and can hold up to 50,000 cubic meters of water. This reservoir is also used as a tourist attraction, especially for local people who want to enjoy beautiful and cool natural views. This reservoir is surrounded by green hills and shady trees. At this reservoir, visitors can do various activities, such as fishing, boating, taking photos, or just relaxing on the edge of the reservoir.
