Dermaga Pantai Sadeng

Dermaga Pantai Sadeng (Sadeng Beach Pier) is a tourist attraction and fishing port in Gunung Kidul Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta. This pier has an interesting geological history, because it was once the estuary of the Ancient Bengawan Solo River which has now dried up and turned into agricultural land. At this pier, visitors can watch fishermen’s activities, fish auctions, and various types of fresh fish such as tuna, red snapper, grouper, and others. Apart from that, to the east of the pier there is a white sandy beach which is suitable for playing in the water or relaxing. Sadeng Beach Pier offers natural, cultural and culinary charm that is a shame to miss.
