Candi Ijo (Ijo Temple) is a Hindu temple located in Sambirejo Village, Sleman Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta, about 18 kilometers from Yogyakarta. This temple was built in the 10th to 11th centuries AD during the Mataram Kingdom. Ijo Temple is on a hill which is also close to Ratu Boko Temple and Prambanan Temple. Ijo Temple is the highest temple in Yogyakarta and offers beautiful views from a height of 410 meters above sea level.
